Equipment Hire

Motorised Golf Cart Hire

Cape Wickham Golf Links has a fleet of 25 motorised golf carts for use on the links.
Golf carts MUST be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Cart hire is subject to availability and numbers are limited due to to the location of the venue.
Players are to complete and sign a Motorised Cart Hire Rental Agreement before hiring a Motorised Cart. This agreement is to include the person’s Name, Address, Contact Number and Credit Card details (in case of damage). The player agrees to all terms and conditions defined in this agreement when hiring a Motorised Cart for use at Cape Wickham Golf Links.
Please ensure all carts are returned at the completion of play to ensure charging overnight.

Golf Club Hire

If you require clubs please ensure you reserve clubs when booking and indicate if you require Men’s or Ladies’ and right or left handed clubs.

Caddie Experience

Here at Cape Wickham we believe the best way to experience links golf is by walking the course. What better way to savour the experience than by having your own professional caddie who can assist you in understanding the subtleties of the terrain while helping you pick the best lines off tees and the correct angles into greens. Given the green complexes comprise fescue grass, a caddie is also invaluable when reading that tricky putt from on or off the green.

The Caddie Experience is offered at Cape Wickham by PGA Tour pro, Matthew Smith.
Caddie availability is strictly limited, so please ensure you book your caddie experience a minimum of two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Course Policies

Dress Regulations

Cape Wickham Golf Links has a relaxed dress code but we do ask that all golfers and guests maintain a neat, causal appearance at all times. The following is the dress standard that is required while onsite:

Neat casual golf attire.
Slacks or shorts must be tailored. Predominately white socks are to be worn when wearing shorts.
No football socks will be allowed.
Soft spike golf shoes are the preferred footwear. Shoes that are not golf shoes must enclose the feet and have flat soles.
Football jumpers, t-shirts, track suits, brief shorts and thongs (flip-flops) are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Golf Refund Policy:

A full refund will only be provided for cancellations 48 hours or more in advance.

Golf Rain Check Policy:

If management deem the links unplayable then;

Golfers playing less than 6 holes in an 18 hole round will be given a voucher for a replacement round. (Valid for 2 years)
Golfers playing less than 12 holes in an 18 hole round will be given a voucher for a 9 hole round. (Valid for 2 years)
Golfers playing less than 6 holes in an 9 hole round will be given a voucher for a replacement round.

Agents:

Agents that have pre-paid and cancelled their bookings for guests within the above stated cancellation policy terms can have relevant sums either credited to agent account or refunded to agent by bank transfer.
